Here, you’ll work one-on-one with an experienced physical therapist who is not only a specialist in running injuries, but is also a seasoned running coach and strength coach. Couple that with nearly 20 years competing in the sport, from cross country to track and field to marathons, your PT truly understands what it means to be a runner. Not just the training, but the mindset. The cold early mornings, the rainy long runs, the quiet frustrations of injury, and the deep joy that comes with progress.
